This innovation actually resulted in a change to the rulebook to require that a free kick be taken with only one foot.

And Willie Carr I do believe with the flick? Ernie Hunt later played for the Rovers too

Just rovers for me was new ground at the time new just signed player in Cottrell pre season at Rotherham! Next day recognise him as my new next door neighbour!!
