No disrespect, but I don’t want it to be cushy and nice for visitors. I mean we literally rolled out the red carpet for them yesterday (off the pitch and on it).

We are too nice

I thought the service in the West stand was first class. Polite and on their toes.

The service and staff in the west are excellent. I just feel sorry for them having to follow ridiculous H&S rules.
The only coffee they sell is black coffee. You ask them to leave the lid off but they are not allowed to. This means you have to take the lid off yourself to put milk in.......and we all know how easy to put those bloody lids on properly.
Why can't they just get some WHITE coffee.

I had that very argument with them yesterday and asked to see the risk assessment. After quoting all the health and safety rhetoric to me I took pleasure in informing them all their milk was out of date

See your point but the more money they milk from the away supporters the better for us all indirectly. I presume it’s a private company that takes all the profits but the better the service the more money comes in and this should put us in a better negotiating position. As for rolling out the red carpet on the pitch, that needs to stop!

I don't normally bother as am not a fan of queueing, but yesterday the queues weren't much at all, was served efficiently hence the queue length, so well done.
West stand btw.

What an absolute pillock you must be

The kids on the tills are doing as they are told

If you have anything about you challenge the management or contact rovers, don't take some sort of credit for dressing down some poor kid working Saturdays for pocket money

f**king tool
