Finally Bolton apply "Youth in Asia" to Ian Evett

It's toughsheet for him

He must have no finger nails left he has been clinging onto his job for nearly 9 months

Hopefully our Bolton correspondent  will spill the beans

I had given up on the amount of times he should have been sacked ( Yes he has a few shares in the club)

they have come up with some unbelievable heavy and unlikely defeats over this period

"Ex-Premier League club Bolton sack manager Ian Evatt who told fans to F-off"

"But he has come under increasing pressure with his expensively-assembled squad ninth in the table and earlier this month apologised for shouting "f*** off" towards home supporters as he headed down the tunnel during a 2-2 draw with Cambridge United, when jeers rang out with his side 2-1 down at the time.

i was looking at the Bradford scorers yesterday and thought that name Antoni Sarcevic rang a bell for some reason

here is his wikipedia page

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Antoni_Sarcevic

we all wondered why he dropped down to non league stockport at the time

Bolton Wanderers
On 15 July 2020, Sarcevic joined League Two side Bolton Wanderers, signing a two-year deal.[19][20] On 29 August, the club announced that Sarcevic has been named club captain for the forthcoming season.[21] He scored on his competitive debut on 5 September, scoring the equaliser in Bolton's first match of the season, a 1–2 home defeat against Bradford in the first round of the EFL Cup.[22] "Sarce" (as he has been called in Bolton) led the team to a 4–1 victory over Crawley Town on 8 May[23] which secured promotion to League One for the 2021–22 season. After Bolton had a poor run of form in October 2021, Sarcevic was dropped to the bench. It was reported that this caused an argument with Manager Ian Evatt with both considering their relationship to be irreparable as a result. This apparently caused Sarcevic to accept a move to Stockport County.[24] In May 2024, Sarcevic confirmed there was a falling out and that he felt he was treated unfairly by Evatt and thought there was no reason for why he was being treated as he was.[25]

the link above is a good read

and immediately the "dead lead weight" has left the club they win 1-0 at Huddersfield

Has it dawned on anyone what a trash league Division 1 is .

if we were in this division now instead of next season we would be right up there challenging for the play offs with our forward thinking owner
