This ticket situation is total incompetence.
Presumably the north stand to the west side will be empty, so why did they not do same as the Crewe game.

People have said to me they wanted to go but sold out.

We are seeing so many times issues are occurring, it’s time someone took a closer look at the whole situation, regarding all communications from the club.
Like someone already posted, the ticket office staff will get the complaints again.

We only just sold out yesterday the day before the match so people have had plenty of time to get them.

If we had sold out on the 2nd or 3rd day then I can understand it

I think there is too much complacency and excuses. The demand is there (still so it would seem) and the supply is there (with a little more forethought and proactivity).

We should be pulling out all the stops to get as many in as possible. Or at least explaining to people why we aren’t!

I've seen a release from the club regarding using the correct turnstiles tonight, as per your ticket. Assuming the ones at the north end of the West Stand are open tonight, and I sit at the north end, my ticket has turnstiles 17-19 on it which are at the south end :headbang:

It was a nightmare getting into the west stand with a huge queue out into the car park, not sure what caused the delay?

The club put it out on the website to use your allocated turnstyle, yet in the West stand the stewards were telling people to use other turnstyles, conflicting information causes confusion!
