Calm down lads there's always next season when we recruit more average players and we we are told how good our squad is.

We only want those here who believe we'll win the league.

Oh Jesus Christ, get a grip. We are 2 points off the promotion spots and there’s 15 matches still to play.

Yes today was god awful but all of us in this bunch are capable of a good run of wins followed by a poor run as you can see by how close it is.

Think the issue people have is that we appear to be getting worse when really we should be improving.

Yet these same fans were also complaining about poor we were against Walsall/Colchester/Fleetwood/Port Vale yet we then went on a winning run.

The issue isn't the proximity to those in terms of points but levels of performance, we look dead in the water, running out of steam currently, plus our record against the top 10 is shocking have we only beaten port vale and Bradford away and that was many months ago?

This is crunch time of the season others are improving and we are regressing in terms of performances, McCann needs to start earning his money and find a way to get a tune out of these players if not we won't be making the playoffs even.

And we’re getting worse from a pretty mediocre starting point.

Only three teams of the promotion chasing teams have picked up more points than us in the last six games, and two of them have one more point in those games and the other only two more than us.

It’s a worrying trend though Hound. At best it’s play-off form at a time when, following the January window, we’ve seen one decent (yet losing) performance and only faint signs of extra strength via the January loanees. As I see it we still need to see GM improve the form.

This is the part of the season that the prevailing opinion on here was that our large squad would pay dividends when everyone else is suffering injuries.  Can't see any evidence of that playing out, we were well beaten by Chesterfield who it was said are suffering with injuries.
