Cheltenham Security

Noticed they had a word with the lad who was trying to get the Lino to notice the ball was not in the quadrant. TBF the only person who didn’t know/couldn’t be bothered was the Lino
Shocking display from him throughout the game

He was another useless Gimp ,for me when the ball went out for a throw and he missed it when he was 3 foot away from it and he should have flagged when street was taken out in the second half for a penalty clear as day

Did not help the referee once. He was absolutely useless.

The fella leaning over at the corners was funny because the ball was miles in the quadrant. I think he was just going a bit rogue but it gave everyone a laugh.

As we saw in World Cup with a disputed goal VAR ruled the cross was still in play as it was played because some of the Ball hung over the line

The way Players bugger around trying everything to waste time IF the rules changed and they drew a 1 metre x 1 metre square box and said from now on EVERY ball must be wholly within that box , they would start putting it on a line GUARANTEED

And 2 other things .

They always do it in NW and SE corners because there isn't a Lino to watch over them so Ref has to come and look when the Crowd "bay" about where the ball is positioned

Point 2 and this also winds me up. How come the Linos now vet every Corner before it's taken and insist Ball is positioned ABSOLUTELY right , to the millimetre ..... YET .....

,... 10 seconds later defensive Team get throw in by same Corner Flag ( right by it ) and Lino doesn't give a toss where bloke runs to before chucking it. He can and will get half way to Dug outs if the The Lino doesn't care

1 millimetre = insist insist insist . 15 yards = Don't give a f****** donald

Agreed Wolfie.  There was a classic case of the throw in thing you mention at the Cheltenham game in the first half.
They won a throw about a yard up from the corner flag but the ball was eventually thrown back into play almost twenty yards further up the pitch.

Yes and sadly there was one exactly the same in 2nd half where the double whammy was , the player got half way to the Dug outs AND I timed the whole throw at 55 seconds which of course never gets added on
