More like Charlie Krug, that was champagne football from him today.

Take a bow, son.

He's a class act in the making

Only one thing worries me , and I'm sure minds more superior to me must have noticed

It's the way he tackles sometimes "off his feet". He did it twice today at least and with Refs like we get , I think one slip and he'll be off

I know people do slide tackles etc but his tackles look different to me and I hope they coach it out of him if I'm right

Excellent first half, but surprised he stayed on as long as he did second as he was totally out of the game. He'll be a good player when he bulks up a bit no doubt.

Was going to say the same here was visibly lagging in the 2nd half. Thinking back to Kelly’s first games for us I’m sure he’s bulked up a bit, still slight like, and looked stronger. Crew could do with a bit of that. Obviously got a lot of potential

You can see he sets very high standards for himself. Well thought of at Leeds who'll help him work on his conditioning but hopefully, we'll be in a good position to help his further development on the pitch.

He's exactly what our midfield has missed for large portions of the season. Struggles with the full 90 but he'll be a real player in a couple of years.

Knowing of Charlie Crew, and the very high reputation he has, from the Wales set-up I couldn't fathom why he wasn't really featuring for us – after watching him at Tranmere I can fathom it even less.

Very happy to see him getting plaudits for the last two games; he's a real talent; energetic but intelligent with it.

Read an interview where McCann seemed to indicate he wasn't training properly after returning from international duty. However McCann was also full of praise for him knuckling down and addressing the issue, which I think we've seen the rewards of these last few games.

Shame he didn’t buckle down sooner as he’d have boosted midfield. Cracking little player

Just don’t get that story line. You don’t get full international caps at his age if you are the kind of person that is hit and miss in training and doesn’t give it everything every day.

He will be a top player in the higher leagues and already is a fantastic player at this level.

I struggle to believe he didn’t train right ( the lad looks too professional), but if that is what Grant said fair do’s, he deserves the lesson being taught by Grant.

It’s turned out to be cunning plan, in that no one seems to know his quality and how he impacts the game.

I’m sure at the Wimbledon game it looked as if he was limping a little bit? Possibly not training correctly could mean he returned from international duty with an injury perhaps?

Maybe he has been doing light training building back up after travelling, training and playing for wales, now he is back to full fitness Grant is ready to unleash on league 2, I wouldn’t be against getting him next season when we go up
