Help with ordering tickets online

Fellas,
I have ST with my 2 kids (and father). My daughters friend wants to come tomorrow with us so I have just been online to get her a ticket but because I'm trying to order 1No u13 ticket it won't let me proceed, says must be accompanied by an adult.....even though it knows I'm a ST holder!!!!

Is there a way around this online or is the only thing to do que up tomorrow?

I didn't get this until I read down the posts

Maybe the online system expects the accompanying adult ticket to be bought at the same time. 

One of those times to call the TO and ask for their help.?

You need to go into the ticket office and get her added to your list of who you can buy tickets for on you history,if you call and ask to get a ticket and she is coming with you it will not be an issue

Yep, you can’t buy an U13 ticket online. When I tried to get one for my niece last season it was explained that it’s a safeguarding thing and you have to call (or buy in person).

Give yourself plenty of time.
There may be big queues following on from the problems around the plastic season tickets not working situation.

It would be best if you give the ticket office a call this morning, they can sort and have the ticket left at the collection window. This would save you a lot of time if you don’t get to the stadium early.

Yeah, agreed IN, was just about to post the same thing. Ring the TO & buy over the phone then collect at the kiosk - it’ll save you lots of time & queuing.

Don’t they give you the option of paper or e-ticket when you purchase it? I always ask for a paper one and collect pre-match when I want extra tickets.
