Accrington tickets

Has anyone else had issues getting tickets sent to Accrington? Phones up yesterday to buy tickets and the club said they wont send tickets out to be picked up from Accrington's ground and have to pick up from out ground. Seems stupid as anyone who doesnt live close wont be able to go?

you can collect from our ticket office, normally i pick up from the away ticket office as live 120 miles away

Isn’t it possible to have the tickets sent direct to a phone?
