How does someone like Jason Whittingham get to control a football club, when you read about him he comes across as a conman

Especially when he did the same to Worcester Warriors....

Well done FA. Well done FL. Very observant.

They have been given until the 20th August to sort the situation out when the league meets again about the issue

So, Panjab Warriors take over and straight away sack Derek Adams.  I'm a bit baffled by that.

Pleased to see them survive new owners must have a manager lined up. Whoever it is has a job on their hands getting a team together for Saturday and the rest of the season

Possibly cost related. DA would be on a healthy salary for the level.

Beats me why anyone would want to buy a club like Morecambe.

Hopefully their motive is a good one.

Only time will tell whether this is a good move. But for now I think the people of Morecambe will just be happy they have a team to watch.

Just listened to the interview with the new manager, seems like a good prospect, came across really well - young and hungry, and hopefully for the people of Morecambe something positive finally happening at their club.

Yes, they won't have to go back to the bad old days of going to watch the traffic lights change (credit, Colin Compton)

He’s a well respected coach. That’s a different thing to being a head coach/ manager of a struggling football club.

Lost the last 3 matches after signing something like 15 players.... would love them to succeed, but looking like a tough job...
