Eco Funding Service

A friend who lives in Stainforth has had a letter from Eco Funding Service.
They have a Doncaster phone number and are offering to do a free survey under the ECO4 scheme.
I have had work done for free on the ECO4 scheme on a rental property but it was carried out by an out of the area company so I don’t know anything about this Doncaster based company.
In the letter there is a cut off date of 29th September to apply for the grant funding which is a classic pressure tactic.
Has anyone on here had any dealings with them please.

Don't you have to fit certain criteria to qualify for ECO4? I had same letter, it's in the bin.
