I was at a Remembrance parade yesterday morning, standing next to a Reform councillor, who (despite this) is a decent bloke who I’m on friendly terms with.He suddenly collapsed with a heart attack. Luckily St Johns Ambulance people were on hand. He’s doing OK in DRI.

Just got to keep up the gentle exercise now and try and eat more healthily. What I will say, and I’m sure others that have been through similar events will agree, something like that affects you mentally, theres always doubts there
Hope you’re ok now Filo.
