Not a tech expert but it feels like a hosting issue to me. Maybe the forum software is out of date and no longer able to be updated, or perhaps the site is hosted on a server that’s under too much load. Whoever the admin is should maybe be talking to the people they pay to host it. I might be talking out of my rear end of course.

Next time I tried I got the GCM which was really disappointing and it's been frustrating all day

It’s pretty much every time I try to get on now - it’s a surprise when I get the forum rather than the Cookie Monster. Think I’ll leave it a while before trying again, a couple of weeks break to see if things improve. Judging by the lack of activity on here I guess plenty of others are doing the same.

It’s amazing that no one seems to take responsibility.

He may be referring to the impact on morale, specifically whether some members have lost enough enthusiasm for the site to decide not to renew their membership.
