has anybody joined it??? im thinking about joining it as i would like to contribute to future upbringing off local talent but only thing that puts me off is that cos of the abysmal website we have which even doesn't have any youth players profiles and no real clue to how the youth academy is progressing baffles me to be honest cos if we take advantage of a good youth scheme saves us on transfer fees, wages etc

Yep. I joined it and pay each month. I agree with what you say about the web-site. What little info is on there is very hard to navigate and none of it provides updates or info on results/successes achieved as a result of the Alliance initiative. However, I trust the Club to use my money for the cause they said they would.
Perhaps Gartom could raise this at a future meeting with John and get the Club to produce an Alliance Update for posting on here and the web-site. Apologies if this has been done and I missed it, in which case could someone send me/post the link?

i wonder if anyone could raise this subject about the website cos for years it hasn't been up to standard and their isn't like any update on how the youth team is progressing and that etc, well there is many reasons why it isn't to be honest. Least the club could do is give us a bit of info on how the academy is progressing and even some profiles on website on youth section to see if their is any gems =/.
