Sheffield Half Marathon - For Charity!

Don't know if people have seen this article on the website/in the programme, but I am running the Sheffield Half Marathon in 2 weeks, raising money for the British Lung Foundation in memory of my dad who died just before Christmas. I would really appreciate it if anyone who knows me (and even a few who don't!) could spare a few quid so I can raise as much cash as possible for a very worthwhile cause.

For anyone interested, I ran the race yesterday in 1 hour 52 minutes 45 seconds, and raised over £1500 in the process!

Very well done, Dave.  A mate of mine did it in 1h:40-odd, and he said he was round about 1,000th to complete it, so you did rather well.

Cheers Rob, it was the first time I have ever run more than 8 miles so I was quite pleased with myself. Feeling it today though, I can hardly move!
