i am aware that the moderators do all they can to ensure this site is kept up to date with all the latest gossip and rumour-mongering .... but i have a right bitch-slap to get off my chest......

i wanted to read all the mardy-arce comments from the mardy arce owls, so i went onto the \"links\" page and accessed League 1 clubs,

and lo and behold not only cant i read the Sheff Wed comments , but i cant even find em!!!!!!!

whats going on ...... sort it

To be fair, the original poster was joking around.

But, I'm not really keen on that attitude of.... \"if you want the site updating, do it yourself.\" Especially when 90% of people on here are happy to moan about DROS week in week out!

Who said do it yourself? We do this job unpaid and in our spare time for the benefit of everyone and folk come on here moaning because a few links don't work! The people that run DROS do that for a living, thats the difference! There's some ungrateful t**ts on here at times

You said to him \"why not try finding them yourself?\" Even though he was only joking in the first place, but the joke was obviously lost on you.

I know you don't get paid for helping with the running of the site, but you did put yourself forward to be a moderator in the first place, so you can't just tell people that it isn't up to you when they ask about the possibility of something being brought up to date within the site.

Just to make it clear, you did post a thread about a week ago about the links VikingJames, I also posted a reply asking any links that folk may come across to be pm`d to the mods. So far we have n`t received any pm`s.

 I did start to update the links last week, I think i`ve got a live link to all the Championship forums now, but as I`ve already stated we mods do the job in our own time and do have a life away from the forum. So I say again (and this is not a do it yourself attitude) if anyone comes across a link to another clubs forum let us know and the links can be updated.  When I first did the links, I tried to find forums that were being used regularly and preferably ones that did n`t require registration, but sometimes that just was n`t possible
