Blackpool in Joma Cup

Just noticed Blackpool have announced they will be in the cup. Which means we will not be the top seed anymore however if we get to play them that would be great to see. :)

You should all be getting yerselves off to this, as it's obviously going to be much more than a pre-season tournament.  In fact, according to the official PR (or is eulogy more appropriate?), it looks like you could be a witness to the Second Coming:

Tournament Director MICHAL BRADSHAW commented:
On behalf of the entire Tournament Executive, I want to warmly welcome Ian Holloway and his victorious side back to the West Country for the JOMA 2010 Tournament; we are privileged to host such a gentleman of integrity and principle whose feats this past season have just left people absolutely spellbound .When Ian enters a room, it immediately lights up. And he has just lit-up the entire 2010             South West Challenge Cup. Welcome back Ian.

So in addition to yer Rovers Jesters hats, I suggest you pack some palm leaves to lay at the Great Man's feet as he descends from Heaven into Barnstaple.  While your at it, I'm sure at least one of you can get hold of five loaves and two fishes...that's the catering sorted.

Well, I read that and conclude that Holloway is a pyromaniac.  Maybe Ken Richardson can be guest of (dis)honour?

I read it as Ian Holloway making all and sundry so nervous that they instinctively reach for the ciggies. Roy Castle would be disgusted. Probably.
