Does that really make your \"blood boil\"?
Taken from the Yorkshire forum , yet another tale that makes your blood boil. Your thoughts please.......... Is honesty the best policy???Post by SteRaff1984 Yesterday at 7:06 pmWent to the club shop today to swap a shirt as it was too big. After they swapped the shirt on my way back to the car i realised i had 2 shirts in my bag Surprised after relentless pressure from Pete lol i returned to the shop and handed the shirt back in.With very little gratitude from the club shop staff, we then decided to buy 2 £5 mugs and asked if we could get 10% off as we were season ticket holders but had forgot the ticket book. Bearing in mind i had a till receipt saying i had payed £36 for a shirt proving that i had a season ticket, still she said no. Now i know it is only a pound off but it just gets to me how i return a shirt worth £40 and they refuse me a quid off lolSo in my eyes honesty is not the best policy

All the staff no longer work for the Rovers. They have all transferred to Nike's agent company, Just Sports Group.I dare say, in the past when Rovers fans have received short shrift, it's been easy for the club to sweep it under the carpet as it was just one arm of a many armed beast, but now that the offending arm is solely on its own I suspect they will take a different view, especially if a customer who receives a poor standard of service complains directly to Just Sports Group.Their website is at http://www.footballtradedirectory.com/link.html?uri=http://www.just-sport.co.uk%2F

I remember her starting she used to work out of the portacabin in the old ground car park. She was miserable then
DOes Tracy still work there ? Hope she does had few run ins with her but strong northern lass and hate people losing their jobs especially when she was there when we were a joke and no doubt worked for next to nothing!!!!!
