Can I have a pint of optimism too please?

1-0 to the mighty reds, the ball bouncing off a defenders arse and controversially given over the line.

Crowd of 12333

Rovers 2-0

Copps and Stock to score.  A goal is coming for Stock he can't keep going close all the time.

If we 'play' in both halves, then I'm confident we can edge a win, 2-1 I'll go for.

Being optimistic, I'll go for 2-1 Rovers but I am worried about the defence.

Rovers 2 - Dull 1

Sharp, Deano to score for Rovers, Koren to look very lively and a big threat to our defence, and set up Simpson.

As Lloyd Grossman says 'Leeeeet's look at the evidenccce'

The manager factor in him doing very well at killing our game twice last season

The home crowd frustrations that we should automatically beat an almost Premiership team

The Simpson factor, who was a right perishing handful at Loftus Rd

The physically big and footballing edge of our opponents, that historically causes DRFC problems

The niggly 'not 100% match fit' scenario of Copps, Martis, Sharp and Oster

Over to you David

With a couple of key players back and a steely determination to show last week was a one-off against a very good team of the moment,Sod being determined to give little away,I will go for a hard fought,Gratefully recieved 1-0 win for Rovers.

I'm going for 2-2... this is quite optimistic by my standards. I normally say 1-1 or 0-0.

Oh and to get everyone in the mood... and to get a few more positive predictions. Here's the last time Rovers met Hull competitively

I going for 2-1 rovers  Billy with a close range placed shot and Koren with a pen in first half and Mason with a long range deflection with his last kick of the game before being subbed for brooker who hits the bar with his first shot

12,476 see rovers move back to the playoff places with the hull city fans booing there team off

Revive the vikettes and get them to parade the Div3 Championship trophy around the ground.

The Rovers to win 2-0

2-0 to Rovers, as Tigerman says they will struggle to score and Sharp's injury smokescreen will evaporate and have him coming out all guns blazing!

Quick, lets have a whip round for a flyby and get them a presentation tea-tray to give to Ian \"still shit but must have dirt on someone at the club\" Ashbee before kick off.

Is there anybody left from the squad that beat Hull to the Championship that year? I don't think there is, unless Copps had just joined then. Ashbee and, until the other week, Boaz Myhill were amazing how they went through the stepups from Lg2 right through to Prem players. Not many have managed that with one club.

Still..... they will get stuffed tomorrow!!!

My memory is shi-ite, but I'm sure Copps was signed before our L1 stint

There is nobody still at Rovers from L2
