How did he miss it when it tumbled out of the cereal box into his bowl, and then how did he miss it when pouring his milk, and thirdly what the f**k do he think it was sat on his spoon, a mis-shapes cocoa pop?

As was pointed out...how the HELL did he manage to take a bite? I don't spend a lot of time surveying them both but I'm fairly certain that cocoa pops and tampons do not look the same in any way.

Also, how the hell did he sustain 'physical injuries'!? Did the tampon break his teeth!? Did he slip after being surprised by the tampon entering his mouth? Weird...
