Attention all Coal Holers - New King Coal (Hole)

Streatham Dave is to become our new leader... following on from my own rather piss-poor performance over the last two years since inception.

What we have discussed is things such as making meetings less frequent (perhaps quarterly) but more substantive/formal - we are still yet to organise a speaker or sort out any player awards or any of those activities you would normally associate with a well-led group.  But in our Coal Holers ranks we actually have some really experienced Supporters Club people who can help turn us into a proper London Branch rather than an occasional drinking club.

The last two years has at least established a network of a great many faces that now know one another - it would be good to build on that.

SD is a teacher, so by definition has loads of time on his hands , and will therefore be our JFK I'm sure...  But on a serious note, he will need your ideas and input, and support.

Thanks for everyone's involvement over the past couple of years, however great or little, and let's try and take it forward from here.
