if you read it , it says its not a resale value .

I believe there is a bit of work that will be required to the Stadium such as the Air Conditioning. The cost of renewal, upgrades etc. To this and other items could have a deciding factor on any sale. With Govt. cuts coming more into force in April and set to continue for up to 5 years, will the council's budget be able to afford the upkeep?
