went to see big country last night at sheff. what a night!can highly recommend going to see them if you get chance and remember the good old 80's. original line up - minus Stuart Adamson who sadly passed away 10 years ago. Mike Peters of the Alarm fronts the group and does a great job - which i am sure Stuart would be proud of as they were good mates.
they are at Nottingham Rock City next sat night.

I remember in the mid 80's when I was down that there London. We went to see Queen at Knebworth. Supporting were Status Quo, Belouis Somme (sp) and Big Country. Very much suited to the large open air gig and they had the fans singing and jumping up and down on what was a lovely hot day.

Happy Days

I saw Big Country at the Heineken Festival in the mid 1990's at Leeds Roundhay Park. They were awesome, stole the show.
