A \"little bird\" tells me he's leaving the Rovers for pastures new.

Wouldn't surprise me. He has no loyalty to Rovers aside from a professional standpoint and one would assume his job involves a lot of long hours with little reward. Staffing levels at Rovers have never been good. Ask Steve Uttley.

Everton have been advertising roles within their press/marketing department recently. I'd be surprised if he'd not applied for one of them given he's an Everton fan.
I like that we've exhausted the player rumours so much its come to speculation about where the staff are moving to

Glen, someone on another thread said he's moving to Leicester. Not a football related job.

Ah, I don't read every thread on here. Still surprised he didn't go for the Everton job... Leicester is very much a sideways move for him.

Is Leicester a sideways move in a non footballing context? I beg to differ.

By the way Glen I've bought another VR t-shirt in a moment of madness. They said my account had been upgraded to platinum and I now had the right to 28% of your soul.

Oh that's disappointing. I'm still a gold customer then with the right to squirt you with water on any day of my choosing.

Its actually only on weekdays... turns out the weekend allowance got us into trouble with the Clowns' Union who thought we were muscling in on the lucrative weekend birthday party market. We've had to do away with other promotions such as Bucket of Confetti Thursdays, and the Spin Around With a Long Plank Unknowingly Causing Havoc discount.
Anyway thanks for your custom, please call again.

Chris Mortley was apparently going to step into a PR and comms role with Rovers, so he told me anyway. Was excited about it. I guess that was kyboshed.
