« on June 14, 2011, 05:54:43 pm by danrover82 »
For the last few months I've been thinking of gettin a Football managers game. Its been years since I played championship manager which I think was the best game of its time for realism and features

Can anyone suggest a Managers out now thats upto date and realistic?

Thanks

Football manager 2011 is the best I have tried at least four people in my office have it and as soon as we start talking about it you have to go home that night and lose 4-5 hours of your life it is that good

Trust me mate I tread that it don't work I let my wife watch anything she wants even stuff with Sean bean in it (she likes him) and I still get 'you don't want to spend any time with me'  so just make sure u have some flowers ready for when your still playing it at two/three in the morning

FM2011 isn't prefect....Press Conferences & Team Talks get a bit monotenous and pointless after a while. same old same old. And the 3D engine isn't the greatest either.

But as the other guys said, after a couple of hours playing it's like an out of body experience

I think the best part about any of the football mangers games,is finding someone else who is playing it and talking about for sometimes hours. See the football manager 2011 thread on this site. It one of the biggest threads to date.
Bear in mind that fm2012 will be out Oct/Nov time.

Shes already started saying I think about football more than her. like the red and white colours of our wedding, the pics at Belle Vue etc.

My reply was ' dont be silly darling we've been married 6 seasons'
