If I was you I would look at something similar to thishttp://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/hp-pavilion-slimline-s5780uk-black-08702380-pdt.htmlThe things you need for stuff like COD is at least duel-core processor, 4GB of RAM and a dedicated graphics card. A lot of computers come without a graphics card that will support high end games like COD so 1GB VRAM from a dedicated graphics card is a definite need. I like that PC a lot but I have a laptop with similar specs that I use, don't forget to look around for better prices too!
Rob, Mesh have gone bust but the warranty's have been taken over by pc peripheralshttp://www.meshcomputersownersclub.com/forum/mesh-computers-owners-club-customer-care-technical-support/12913-so-long-thanks-all-fish.htmlI must admit my mesh desktop is a cracker and I couldn't get anywhere near the spec anywhere elseThis company is apparently very good http://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/computers-for-next-day-delivery/ pre built or configure your own
If you've already got a basic desktop, you might only need to just upgrade the bits that you need to upgrade. What's your current spec?
