Someone said something re Wigan this rubbish?

I haven't a clue, I hope not.

SteveDRFC seems to know his stuff (see previous posts re: Brown, Barnes and Mason) so I'd be tempted to await some input from him before knowing what to believe. Either that or Rob / Gartom may have an update from JR? The cat is out of the bag now so no harm in just saying, I guess.

Surprised Kenny Senior hasn't commented on this thread...

Is 'supporter tweets own thoughts on own twitter account' really worth a thread? Rigo is entitled to his opinon surely.

Anyroad, he is obviously a very talented player when fit, so it would not be surprising if a more established second tier side or lower Prem side went after him. Not necessarily 'too good' for Rovers, but certainly good enough for higher ranked/wealthier sides to be looking at him, which would probably explain the club's indecision about whether he should or should not be named as being at Rovers

I'm not 'supposing' anything. I know for a fact it's him. He told me at the Mansfield game.

This is why i deleted him from facebook, he is an ugly fat clueless idiot who will never make it in his profession. I witnessed him at Grimsby scoffing a Mcdonalds on his own as he has obviously got no friends.

I honestly had wondered that! Kenny Senior is from Phoenix nights and Rigo used to have another PN character as his avatar, plus he's also made a few posts where he uses the term \"Rovers\" as if he's not attached to the club where most fans would say \"we\" or \"us\" when refering to their team.

Yep...I agree with all of that.

He was deleted from my Facebook when he resorted to messaging personal threats because he cant take criticism.

well, I don't care if he is the queen mother, I like Andy, I always have and I always will and tbh, I can't understand why some of you are getting so petty about the kid. He doesn't get in your way or molest your wives , he makes a few comments that some of you dont like. Well so blooming what? I don't like cyber bullying I know what it feels like too remember and that is what you are now doing.

And don't give me the he should be big enough to take it crap. He shouldn't have to.. What has seeing him eat a burger got to do with anything anyway.

I think its more than that. He thinks of himself as some kind of superior being. And he has dished plenty of shite out himself to others. There's little wonder he gets a slating to be honest.

He definately is unique, for me it's part of his charm...

However his complexion and body shape has nothing to do with his support of Rovers, and anyway we have only a couple of days till the first day of the season, isn't that a better thing to think about rather than if Andy says us or them? As always I have no doubt that he will show his support in a way more beneficial to Rovers.

Afterall how many of you griping about him would stand out in all weathers as he does selling programmes for the club?

As always when I come up next Saturday he will be the first person I search out. No he isn't always tactful, and sometyimes he gets carried away, but thats more youthful exuberation..I daresay they will sort that out at uni.

(but then what do I know I'm just the thick bitch from Norfolk) .pmsl ;)

I agree with Jucy, Andy has always done things for the club and supporters that others havent, which is why his recent stance has been most puzzling.

I've offered to have a chat with him about a few misconceptions he's tweeted/facebooked me, but as yet I've had no contact.  I hope he is OK.

Funny, I  always thought Kenny Senior's avatar was the bald copper from shameless?

Anyway as to the nature of this thread

1) It's twitter

2) It's Riggo,

I don't really need to say no more...

I just think they are teaching him the art of impartiality and knowing Andy, we know he doesn't do anything by halves. And at the end of the day I would say the club and JR apprecieates all he does for the common good  and aren't going to be too worried about the use of a four letter word and not a two letter one. Actions always speak louder anyway.

I was referring to Rigo's avatar, not Kenny Seniors. Rigo's was the DJ (Ray Von?? Shabba!) from PN. But anyway like you say, irrelevant.

Why are people complimenting him on selling programmes? He gets free admission into Rovers and also gets paid. So basically he's seeing games for free and also getting a wage....

He's just another \"well known\" fan that has fallen by the way side. He seemed to me as he wanted to be known and have a bit of attention for some reason. if he wanted to help the club there was much more he could have done than stand in a bikeshed flogging programmes.

He may have some views that people dont agree with but this seems to have grown out of proportion. Personally i thought the comment about Barnes was out of order. But creating an entire thread about 1 fans view is a bit OTT. If we did this for every controversial comment that was made about the club we would have hundreds of threads. I think its best if people concentrate on the fact the season starts on Saturday and concentrate on getting behind the lads.

Adrian Chiles doesnt hide that he is a West Brom fan.

Jeff Stelling is proud he is a Hartlepool fan.

The guy on talksport promotes the fact he is a peterborough fan.

Iv no idea why Rigo has started refering to us as them and they, ridicuous really other journalists dont.

Perhaps the disconnection from Doncaster Rovers has more to do with the emergence of Manchester City as a top club than it has to do with a journalism course?

Haha, I think he was last seen saying \"Sergio Aguero will get a better club than us (coughs) I mean City, erm, them!\"
