One last point
« on October 26, 2011, 05:40:56 pm by deebee »
I have read some of the threads on the Willy McKay business, but can't trawl through 10 pages
so forgive me if this has been covered. My point is if Mr McKay is now in charge of ALL transfers in and out of the club for the next two years does that make all the club scouts and the director of football ( who I guess was responsible for finding new players ) surplus to requirements?

Actually a good point that hasn't been covered. I would hope the scouting system will now concentrate on getting the cream of the youth in the area targeted instead of them going to join other Local clubs and to find the Kightleys', Beckfords' and Wrights that are out there seeing as immediate first team requirements should be taken care of. Just an opinion.
