A little something to ponder...

A friend of mine just sent me this, someone online has done a blog post on what the Championship table would look like right now, if football matches finished earlier.

The pic below shows the league table, if matches finished at each 5 minute interval every week. Doesn't make pretty reading as Rovers fan to be honest!

BUT they do and that is why the Tables in all Divisions in all Countries look like they do - FACT

IF the Dagenham and Redbridge player (at Stoke) had scored with his header during the Golden Goal extra time we would not have a Sir Francis Tierney FACT

We may NOT have got promoted from the Conference in any Season since and MAY still be there BUT he did miss and so the rest HAS happened FACT

You're forgetting that even if the header had gone in it wouldn't have counted coz he was offside.

Obviously it makes very little difference, but it does illustrate well just how many we concede in the last 5 minutes of football matches!

Something that the management should be fully aware of and working towards putting right!
