League 1 positives..
« on April 11, 2012, 09:19:53 am by mushRTID »
We might win a game now and again.

Cheaper away tickets.

We get to go back to Scunny and laugh at their shit ground.

The teams coming down with us won't be a threat in my opinion.

2 away day piss ups in London on the train in brentford and orient.

Bring them on I say, have I missed anything?

Hopefully get to play Wednesday/blades again if they don't go up - more grounds that are standing for away fans. - hopefully be challenging in the top half of the table for a change

I'd imagine Stevenage away is pretty similar to Peterborough away.

I'd imagine who ever plays for us, the performances will be like it was vs Burnley (gritty, players showing they care)

We'll get to see Saunders true colours.

WE HAVE A TEAM TO SUPPORT!

This is the spirit....

I predict more live sky games. Hopefully even an away one for the first time in a million years!

I predict a home game on opening day and a home game on boxing day, something we were denied in the Championship for some reason

I predict a Riot!

Joking, I reckon despite the fact that we're going down, it's going to be a decent season. A hard season, but a fun one!

My Stevenage supporting mate tells me they don't have terracing in the away end anymore.

But yeah, I take your point. They make good noise at home with the "barmy army" as they call themselves on their terrace and the away fans giving as good as they get most weeks.

We also get to laugh at Preston, and meet other old enemies.

No more "the likes of Doncaster" from the big club union.
A chance of actually having a decent season regardless of budget.
A chance of getting to the JPT final again.
No more Leeds.
Some different grounds.
Relatively good away support from us.
Possibly more favourable refereeing.

Hopefully a weekend in Torquay, if they are promoted.

Do we qualify to use "the likes of (insert club name)" in our post match rants in League 1?
