The people of London have proved that they are the most intelligent voters in the country by voting in Boris as mayor again over that Labour clown Ken Livingstone.

They used to say that Mrs Thatcher was lucky in her opponents. The same must be true of Boris. Although I like Boris a lot- a genuinely charismatic politician- he'd have surely lost had Labour not chosen a dinosaur like Livingstone to oppose him.
