Can't blame Copps
« on August 31, 2012, 11:31:30 pm by Red Rover »
Realistically, I know he's 31 and I worship him. The one thing I wanted was him to stay for his 10th year.

I am completely gutted he's gone, but u cannot begrudge him his last swansong at 31, especially meeting up with billy and sod.

Good luck Copps!

I wonder if this is how Christianity started.

St Peter, St Andrew and all the rest. Sat at keyboards after you-know-who had left them.

Pete: "I can't believe he's gone and left us."

Andy: "Aye. And he meant so much to me an all."

Pete: "But he'll always be in our hearts though, won't he?"

Andy: "Aye. I'll allus love him, me. He could walk on water, that lad."

Pete: "All you'll ever have to do is close your eyes and imagine that he's back with us. I might even pray to him."

Andy: "Aye. He's a God to me, ah tell thi."

Pete: "Mind, if he signs for them scabby bas**rds, he can f**k off."

Personally, good luck to Copps, and let's hope he's either in the Prem with Forest next season or with us in the Championship, either way I'll be happy for him as a pro.

BST...grow up

Aye, sorry for being so immature. It was just my personal way of dealing with the bereft feeling of emptiness at the core of my soul after being so badly let down by footballers I loved.

No harm meant. I'll grow up now.
