Crewe all-ticket for away fans?

I came across this which I found rather staggering to say the least. Yes, I appreciate there will be no cash turnstiles (there aren't for home fans) but surely there is some facility for visiting fans to buy tickets on the day of the game? It isn't as though it is a local derby, or it is going to be sold out!

Surely DRFC can't afford to turn away potential punters from Crewe who may decide to come on the spur of the moment?

Away fans have been able to buy tickets on the day for all games this season thus far. There is a seperate office for them nearer the away end.

Even if you can't buy in advance and want to decide on the day, the ticket offices are only a phone call away.

Also, you can usually buy a ticket the day before over the phone at our TO, and collect it from the away ground.

I think you have miss read this.  All they are saying is that there are no cash turnstiles as it gives an advance price and a match day price, so they can buy at the ground.  It is a badly worded article.  Somebody needs to tell Crewe.  :scarf:
