Just tried calling and it's shut. Anyone know why? It's supposed to be open from 9am on match days as the recorded message states. Weird.

How do you know its shut? Maybe they just didn't answer the phone.

Went down this morning at half nineish for todays and tuesdays tickets, very much open, about 4/5 lasses working.

Well I've finally managed to get through. I came on here to ask because the phone kept going to a pre recorded message that said 'sorry, the ticket office is closed. Press 1 for opening times.' Hence why I came on here and asked. Obviously I didn't just ask for the sake of it. If it was just ringing I would have kept trying.

I assume somebody forgot to turn the out of office off. I do it often at work that's for sure.

Yeah I'm guessing there was some glitch on the system but the woman on the phone didn't seem to have a clue. Just wanted to order my tickets for today rather than end up in a queue. No idea how many are going but would hope a few with our last few results/league position.
