Please for f**k's sake say you're trolling.

If we go out of our budget, you know, this thing that's being, er, what's the word, INCREASED next month, then it still won't mean we're skint will it? It'll mean we have to cut cloth elsewhere or try and make a bit somewhere but does that mean we're skint? no.
