I phoned the Stevenage Ticket office this morning and spoke with a pleasant young lady called Holly.
She stated that pay on day at cash turnstile or pay by card at ticket office to obtain ticket first.
Cash was the advised option - and also same price as purchasing in advance

It's been 50p per ticket fore aeons.  Might have changed, upwards I guess, but it' s been at least that for a long time.

I never knew that. Will always get mine from from our ticket office now then. I wonder how many other don't know about this? I know its not a lot but it all adds up over the year.
