If we were mid-table then definately I would say give Flynn/Jones/either of them a go, but as we are joint top aiming for promotion I would like someone who with a bit more experience than either of them has at present.It does highlight to me another failing of not having a reserve team though - there is no-one gaining experience coming through the club, as Penney did.
What would people think if we just moved Flynn to manager full time? Experienced knows the club very well, ex player, respected manager, experienced, steady ship too? We could do a lot worse IMO.
