Hayter & Webster still doing good work for the Rovers
Good result, also Blackman being sold to Reaeding from the Blades, reducing their strike power. Things going our way without us playing.
I remember seeing an interview a number of years ago with Frank lampard, think it was the first time Chelsea won the league under Jose. He said that the key factor in the second half of the season was seeing their opponents become more and more demoralised as they kept winning and grinding out results week after week, with the gap growing just that little bit more each week. Basically, our destiny is firmly in our hands now, if we keep the pressure on and keep grinding away our contenders will wilt!
We've got a lot of away games still to play too. 10 I think with 8 at home. A lot of those away games are against the better sides too. Still, that ought to be in our favour then BobG
Don't disagree Billy but why do you think Brentford are in the front runners while Swindon, currently with the same points total, the same number of games played and a noticeably better GD, are not? Just curious.BobG
Swindon have by far a harder run in than we do.
