I think if we sign players on loan till end of season it dosn't include playoffs. But if you sign 3 month deal (93 days) we would have to sign them on monday. Am i right???

Not sure, I would have gone along with what you said but Sheff Utd signed a striker from Leeds this week and the bbc article says:
The deal for the 19-year-old, who recently signed a new two-and-a-half-year contract at Leeds, extends to cover the play-offs if necessary.

After the transfer window closes you can only sign emergency loans. The total days you can sign is 93 days. This covers from now to the end of the season. I am not sure it covers the playoffs from now. If signed on Monday  the loan would finish on May 14th which is before May 17/18 when the playoff finals are for lg 1 and lg 2. So I am not sure what Sheffield United have said is true.
