Sheff U v Brentford

Pitch inspection at 8.30pm

Looks like Sky will be showing a rerun of "Claire Balding's Favourite Finishes" instead of the match if its anything like my back garden.

Game off.

The pitch is clear but "police advice" has been taken regarding the surrounding areas.  Damn you, plod!

If we can get our game on and get that win, thats another psychological nail in the chasing pack's coffin

Blades already have played one less game than everyone else. They are really stacking up for them. Meant to be away at Tranmere next Saturday which will be a tough test.

Only midweek they have free apart from playing in the next 2 mid weeks which they play Friday and Monday is when we play Carlisle on the 9th but brenford hav a game on the wedneday,so looks like they got 2 games in the same midweek

Unlucky! Wait for Blades calling Grumble or Grumble and asking for season to be extended for them.

With the blunts/brentford postponed it makes it a must win today for me. Games in hand are all well and good but you've got to win them first, up to us now to apply the pressure! C'mon Donny, turn up to today and smash Scunny.

I think they'll have to play it this monday (assuming the police have stopped wrapping the public up in cotton wool by then).

No surprise about the Blades match. There's a least 8 inches of snow lying on our road in Sheffield. Never seen owt like this in March.

Really hope our game is on today, and I'm not even going.  Great chance for us to get a win and put more pressure on them both  :rtid:
