I dont care who the new manger is, but for me they need to have 3 qualities:

Bring us some more GOLD
Have at least a little bit of common FRANKINCENSE
And they need to be able to MRYYH us into a quality championship side

My apologies too if the OP feels offended. However I don't think there has been any malice intended from any posters on here.......I thought most of us would have recognised that the disabled have a sense of humour too after the Paralympics.
