Just read up a little, Luton were deducted 20 points for failing to agree a CVA, exactly what happened here. The FL are once again proving they are not fit for purpose. If the rules were applied fairly and evenly then there would be no room for Leeds and Luton fans to feel hard done by

they were, but the point i'm trying to make is that Leeds were deducted 15 points for failing to agree a CVA, Luton were deducted 20 for the same thing and Coventry have only been deducted 10 for the same reason.  not really fair is it?

Footy is the most hypocritical game in the uk. It's run by people who are paid by other businesses as well, it's full of money - usually payed to thick young men who, lets face it, only kick a ball about an run around. And it rewards cheats. When you think about it footy is a shit game really.

Simple - stop watching it and stop putting your money into football then if you think it's so shit.

Leeds, Luton, Rotherham and the others didn't pay football creditors - Coventry is different as the main creditors are the people who put the 'club' into administration in the first place. They certainly are not fit people to run a football club, but the case is different. Apparently the players 'belong' to another part of the club which is not in administration. So if you can work out how the FL allowed a company to purchase a golden share in its competition without having any players, good luck.

What a stupid and childish response that is.

Wilts- it is a moot point (still) as to which company held the golden share. See below:

http://twohundredpercent.net/?p=23866

Yet the Football League has rolled over and handed the golden share to Otium (SISU in another guise), having already allowed them to relocate to Northampton even though there was still a possibility of playing games at the Ricoh.

It will be interesting to see whether the FL finds themselves on the end of a legal challenge (perhaps from the owners of the Ricoh who are the main creditors) for failing to apply their own regulations.

Yes that's true TRB, on the Sky Blues forum they are getting excited because HMRC are now getting involved, as they owed the grand sum of £600. Not concerned so much as to getting their money back, but looking into the running of the companies.

What a mess, 210 season tickets they had sold earlier this week.
