Proud to be a Rovers fan last night.

Brilliant night. Low attendance but the atmosphere was fantastic, and probably the best Rovers performance i've seen in the last three years.

Maintain that level of performance and we won't have much to worry about this season.

I'm really glad you enjoyed it. I think we all agree that was one of the best for some while.

Based on that, we're not doomed for relegation are we?

Only 44 games left Baz!
We played well against Blackpool and got beat and that worried me. Obviously 3 points last night and things look a lot better!

I think most managers at this level say look at the table after 10 games and things will be starting to take shape.

We played 10 times better all over the pitch, than we did against Blackpool. That effort repeated over the season will see us OK. However we MUST keep Wellens JMHO

Another big improvement was that we were prepared to have a dig from the edge of the box. We looked like we were trying to walk it in a bit against blackpool.

I'm loving your work,  Mr Dickov.

Funny that as after the Blackpool home defeat there was Moan Moan Moan Moan about the food served, quality, time taken, price, quanity etc etc

Rovers beat Blackburn last nite and i have not seen obe single complaint related to food or kiosks.

Now as all the problems from the donkey lashers defeat
Been ironed out,or was there no complaints due to rovers winning last nite

Not having a go but this ten game rule wasn't apparent after we lost!!

Service at the West stand kiosk nearest the South Stand was woeful last night - there was no sign of the staff training being successful (either that or the lad that served me was just thick and didn't take it in). The food (Pie and chips) was ok though.

No complaints cos most of us learned from the last game and :-
A. Ate before we left home and,
B. didn't try to get a pint at half time

So no idea if anything to do with catering was improved at all but I did see a much improved rovers on the field and that was far more important! Fantastic performance!

Went down in the east stand on 43mins & was about 10th in the que for a burger & chips. "Oh there's at least a 5min wait on chips" FFs use some common sense & put some in ready for just b4 half time. Luckily I was half pissed & hank marvin so was willing to wait. Burger was nice miles better than a Big Mac & was £3-60 which I didn't think was too bad but Chips were a right rip-off at. £2.50 and I only got about 15 of em the robbing gets.

What does get up my pips though is the usual suspects who every home game stay for the extra pint and come in 5 mins after KO always several seats into the row, then 20mins later off for a pee, up just before half time to be first in the queue then back 5 mins after second half has started. Then up 10 minutes later for a pee then 20 mins after that and once more before the final whistle. Know your bladder capacity FFS

I know it's all in the best of fun, but some folk have less control over these things. I should know. I try to hold on until there's a stoppage when going too and fro', so as to not disturb those sat next to me as much.

That Burnley app mentioned above in this thread is a good example of using technology to improve service . It could be put on trial in one of our stands too... we have the gurus who could handle the set up.

Would these be the same gurus who can't get my mic or PA system working well? Or who seem incapable of sorting out old archived audio footage for us to use in the match build-up!  ;)

Agreed tho - sounds a great idea and worth trialling!
