 I do agree about Jones, from what I have seen on the highlights, won't see a live game till I come over in October. He talks well and does most things right, but he is too slow and will get caught out every time when facing bertter class strikers. 

  Maybe it's time for him to be the leader of the development side, when we get a replacement.

 I also agree with Wellens that maybe we need three or four extra quality players to make us a reasonable squad. It looks like it was a bad decision to give Bennett a two year deal, plus Dave Syers doesn't seem to fit into the managers plans.

The difference in the divisions looks massive as far as Jones is concerned. He looks like he's short of confidence too at times in that he feels hesbup against it too at this level. Hope he can pull it round and come to terms with the new challenge.

Jones is very good when you are ahead in the game but when we are chasing the game and therefore pushing higher up he's a little suspect
