Not sure Macheda is the answer, but goal scorers turn pessimists into optimists. Look what has happened at the Wednesdays, suddenly they are "World Beaters" because they have found somebody to put the ball in the net. All of a sudden the pressure is taken off of the defence & the mid field.

Even closer to home, look at Wednesdays again, but when we played them. We were struggling for possession and any type of football. We managed to nick the game via the quality of the striker mentioned in the title. You can't buy that
