Gambling perms
« on November 04, 2013, 07:57:54 pm by Draytonian III »
Not about dodgy hair perms everyone had ,including myself back in the day , but does anyone know how many,  trebles and fourfolds I would have if I picked out 10 selections and covered every team with trebles and fourfolds.

Cheers, Im going to try picking the correct scores on 10 matches this coming weekend and if the odds are all eg 6/1 I will make a profit if I only 3 right . 120 trebles, 210 fourfolds @ 10 pence = £ 33 . 10p @ 6/1 = 70p . 70p @ 6/1 = £4.90 . £4.90 @ 6/1 = £34.30 . Of course easier said than done ,but I thought I would give a go seeing as it F A cup R1 , here,s hoping

predicting 3 correct scores will take some doing.........good luck

if the system could be beat that easy, we'd all be rich!

I didn't quite go as extreme as that but in the last world cup I went for correct score doubles. The theory was that WC games normally are relatively low scoring so for every 2 games played at the same time I would back doubles of 0-0, 1-0, 0-1, 1-1, 2-1, 1-2 or 3-1 depending on the favourite. Finished up overall on the tournament :)

I managed shops for a well-known bookie many moons ago and there was one guy who started betting on a 2-1 correct score on every match on the coupon in 1p trebles.
I can't remember how much it cost him but after two weeks in which it took me more time to settle his coupon than the other 150 together, I told him to sling his hook. The cheeky t**t reported me to head office for refusing his bets!
