Many of folk who went had him down as our MOTM. Certainly didn't disgrace himself in only his second game. Looks to have promise.

He impressed me, did better than his debut. Think he'll be some player when we're through with him.

Got to say i preferred him getting a chance, rather than rushing out and signing someone else, did him and Khumalo work well together?,i listened to it on radio Sheffield and we seemed under massive pressure at times, yet still kept a clean sheet,is this because of Barnsley not having good finishers,or was it the combination of these two and the full backs?

Lot of potential there but a bit lightweight on his heading.good future prospect.

To say he's only played 225 minutes of senior football he looks very promising. Looked shaky against Brighton but that was understandable with no experience. Looked strong and powerful today and can only get better. Would like to see him stay in the starting 11 but we still need back-up in case/when we get more injuries  :chair:

Cheers Goalkick,You have got a point Adam but isn't Wakefield good enough to step in,i know he has no experience, but if we don't give the kids the impression they have a chance,it's got to demoralise them.

I thought he was great. Probs motm for me. Had a few moments like neither him or khumalo picked up their man in the box which led to bongs diving in to cobcede the penalty.

He seems quick and fairly strong. Just kinda lacks that physical presence though

Was very impressed with him for a 19yr old I thought he did very well is a bit lightweight but would expect that for a kid his age he's got plenty of time to improve physically but it weren't as if he got bullied throughout the game or anything like that. Certainly deserves to keep his place after the international break.
