The cheap tickets aren't available yet...
What I would recommend is using:
www.eastcoast.co.uk
And check out splitting the journey between
Doncaster - London
London Bridge - Brighton
If you book early enough in advance you should be able to get a £10 each way to London and then a £10 super off peak return to Brighton. Which is far less than getting one ticket which normally costs about £60 return, even when factoring in the cost of an 11 minute tube journey from KX to London Bridge.
Its far far cheaper normally go to go Brighton from London Bridge than London Victoria.

You can also get a £10 London St Pancras - Brighton return, instead of going on the tube

Don't forget you get free train travel from Haywards Heath to Falmer as that is included in the match day ticket price.
