Yes, the Brighton stadium will come into it, so that is a difference from the others.
Since 2012, they have increased capacity to 30,000, so a further consruction cost is added, set against increased matchday revenue as crowds average 26,000, rather than 20,000 in 2012.

It has still got to be paid for, unless their benefactor Tony Bloom writes off the capital cost. If he is charging interest on the capital, it could be significant, but perhaps it is an interest free loan.

It does beg the question as to why it is on the books though, rather than off balance sheet as a donation?
