Charlie Austin headed his 12th goal of the season to secure a vital 2-1 win - but only because Rovers resorted to time wasting at the end, claimed the forward.

"It came back to bite them," he added, "and no I don't feel the pressure of having to get goals. That's my job and I want to score as many as I can."

Austin's recent hamstring problems stood up to the strain of 90 minutes in poor conditions, and not even results elsewhere that kept the pressure on Hoops at the top could dampen his spirits.

"It was great to get the win anyway we could, and it's all very well to look at others, but we need to worry about ourselves," he said.

"My hamstring is fine now. It healed up in time, although the Watford match (on Sunday) came a bit too early and I needed a couple more days."

I'll tell what came back to bite us, the refs big club syndrome not giving us a stonewall penalty!

Eh well. Some players are born bell-ends. He acted the part at KMS and he's just carrying on here. I suspect he's as thick as a bucket of monkey spunk.
